Daniel went above and beyond when selling my parents' house. My parents are elderly and needed a lot of help, not only with selling the house but everything in between. I don't live in the area and really had to depend on Daniel to help me with the entire process. He was even willing to help my father put up the fire extinguishers and smoke detectors properly so they would pass the fire inspection. The sale was pretty complicated with a number of unforeseen circumstances but he never stopped trying to make the sale happen and to make sure my parents were taken care of. He also saved me several thousand of dollars negotiating the various items noted on the home inspection report that needed to be repaired. Due to his knowledge of the local community he was also able to speed up the required fire inspection so that the agreed to closing date could be meet. I found Daniel to be a knowledgeable, competent and experienced realtor.
